14.2 We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen goods after the handover of goods has been completed between the customer and our delivery driver.
15.1 Before delivery, please ensure there is sufficient access and space at the delivery address. Please clear any fragile objects that could be damaged during the delivery process.
15.2 Every effort will be made to deliver products to your preferred location, provided it is safe and practical to do so.
15.3 Please note that any changes made to your order after it has been placed may affect the delivery service and associated fees.
16.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you or a designated adult is available to accept delivery at the agreed time. We will rely on their instructions as if they were your own.
16.2 Our delivery staff will not leave an order unattended. If you are not available at the agreed time, we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time, which may be subject to an additional charge.
17.1 If items are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please notify our delivery driver immediately. If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
17.2 Please retain any damaged products so that we may inspect them. If a damaged product is disposed of before inspection, this may affect your claim. We will always attempt to replace damaged items. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund including any applicable delivery charges.

Dana Valora will provide a refund for product(s) returned with original proof of purchase, in new and unused condition, and with original packaging. You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning the product(s), unless the item is faulty or not as described.
19.2 A refund may be refused or reduced if the product(s) are returned in a condition that prevents them from being sold at full retail value.
19.3 Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
